30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days from delivery, we are unable to offer a refund.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
Items that are damaged due to misuse, modified, or not in their original condition are not eligible for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or wear
- Items without original packaging
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return

- We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days
- Once approved, we will send you the return instructions
- Ship the item back to us at your own cost using a trackable shipping method
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. HogwartsCase is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you received a wrong or defective item due to our error, please contact us and we will arrange the appropriate resolution at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or payment provider.
Please note that processing times vary by bank. If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank or payment provider first, then contact us at hogwartscase.official@gmail.com
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damage or defect
We will review your case and offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion, at no extra cost to you.
