Thank you for shopping with HogwartsCase. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.


1. Order Processing & Customization

Each HogwartsCase phone case is made to order. Once payment is confirmed, your case goes into production — please allow up to 7 business days for customization and quality inspection before your order is dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin production on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 8–20 business days (up to 1 week production + 7–13 days shipping).


2. Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide. No matter where you are, we'll do our best to get your order to you.


3. Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, peak seasons, or other circumstances outside our control. In some cases, delivery may take longer than stated.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total. Free shipping is available on qualifying bundle orders — this will be applied automatically at checkout.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 2–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update in the system.

If your tracking has not updated after 7 business days, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by your country upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

HogwartsCase has no control over customs processes and cannot predict what charges, if any, may apply. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.


7. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. HogwartsCase is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at hogwartscase.official@gmail.com and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect it.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbours or anyone at your address who may have received it
  2. Check around your property for safe drop locations
  3. Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number

If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us at hogwartscase.official@gmail.com and we will work with you to find a resolution.

HogwartsCase is not responsible for packages that are stolen after confirmed delivery.


9. Delays

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Carrier disruptions or strikes
  • Natural disasters or extreme weather
  • Public holidays
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to assist you if a delay occurs.
